Caring to a fault, he has trouble giving "no" as an answer to people when they ask for assistance, and aims to be the hero he never had as a child.

Cerif is a character that I worked alongside Myiko/Utakoloid to make, and he's very much a large part of my life. Please be respectful in the things that you create and do with him. His voice is not yours to claim for compilations or the like; his voice is one I've worked hard for the better part of a decade to improve upon.That being said, please note the following rules when creating anything involving Cerif!

VOICEBANK

You're allowed to:

Redistribute OTO.ini configuration settings and frequency tables.
Edit samples for the sake of improving quality.
Use available voicebanks comercially after consulting with the owner.

You're NOT allowed to:

Claim/Redistribute any of his voicebanks, available or discontinued, unless otherwise stated.
Create a fanloid/pitchloid/derivative with his voice.
Create problematic or offensive content.
Use Cerif's voice as a voice claim for your AU character compilations.

CHARACTER

You're allowed to:

Create and edit new or old outfits and hairstyles for Cerif.
Exclusively portray Cerif or song specific characters with the provided voicebanks.
Come up with your own version of Cerif for your headcanon/worldbuilding as long as it is non-problematic/offensive.

You're NOT allowed to:

Create a new character using his design, edited or not.
Claim any credit for creating, voicing, or designing Cerif yourself.
Create "official" lore for Cerif.
Roleplay as Cerif in any capacity.

ART / FANART

You're allowed to:

Create fanart! I'd love to see it!
Use the art provided with voicebanks to use in your own PVs, covers, etc.
Credit the correct artist when using any of the official art.
Commission art of Cerif with your own characters. (Seriously, it's cute, I encourage it.)

You're NOT allowed to:

Draw fetish art of Cerif. Just don't, please. I'm okay with very few people doing this. Ask me if you're so inclined, thank you.
Draw or create anything hateful, harmful, offensive, or problematic. He's a character meant to bring some comfort, not the opposite.
